Why the perfect product is a trap and how I stopped building it

Many founders kill their SaaS before it's even released. Why? Because they want to make it perfect.

This week I want to share a mindset shift that saved me months of my life.

When I first started building SaaS products, I tried to do everything "just right":

  • cool design

  • rich functionality

  • without any bugs

And no users.

What I'm doing now:

  • I'm launching the first version in 2–4 days.

  • Focus on the single action the user needs to take.

  • I'll add everything else only after the first reviews.

This is not “wisdom”, this is survival. Because no one needs a perfect product if no one sees it.

My appeal to you:

If you hesitate, publish it. If you're not ready, show a "raw" version.

A product is only alive when it is used.
