The biggest breakthrough in my work came when I stopped doing everything myself.

I'm a software engineer. And for a long time I thought that "my own team" was the path of a founder.

I'm a software engineer. And for a long time I thought that "my own team" was the path of a founder.

Like: why delegate if I can do it faster/better/cheaper?

And then I broke down.

Because code is just one part of the job.

And SaaS is marketing, UX, sales, support, content, analytics...

I started from small things:

1. Hired a freelancer for support (2 hours per day).
2. Ordered a design from Figma instead of doing it myself.
3. Gave part of the technical routine to a new developer in a fresh team.

And what did I get?

- The quality has increased in every area.
- Time for self-development.
- Inner peace.

Real freedom is not doing everything yourself.
But knowing that everything will be done without you.

Try to delegate at least one task this week. And see what will happen. ๐Ÿ˜‰
