Micro-decisions that changed my productivity forever

Your big leap is just a series of small "I'll do it now."...

I've been searching for the perfect productivity system for a long time.

Notions, trackers, GTD, OKR...

And then I realized.

The system doesn't work if you don't act yourself.

And what really changed me was micro-decisions.

Here are a few of them:

  • Keep founder notes (2–3 sentences every night).

  • Write a social media post not when you have inspiration, but every day at 9:00.

  • Don't plan a task longer than it will take to complete it.

What did this result in:

  • Exiting “waiting for inspiration” mode.

  • Steady pace without burnout.

  • Feeling progress every day.

I recommend thinking about:

What one small decision can you make today to move more steadily?

And don't forget: discipline is not pressure, it is liberation from chaos.
